At Awaken Crystal Jewellery, we want you to feel the positive energy of your new piece; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded pouch and gift box to ensure the crystals are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
